How To Market to Moms? Brands and Bloggers – An SMCSeattleEd event Recap

Last week we had an incredibly successful SMCSeattleEd event with brilliant panelists – Jenni Hogan, Jyl Patee, Leslie Flinger, Stephanie Robinett and Carol Schiller. The event was moderated by Maya Bisineer and Giyen Kim.  from CoolMom was our special guest. The event was hosted by the wonderful people at Banyan Branch. Everything came together wonderfully!

Since then she’s taught Web Design, Programming and Applications both online and in-seat. She started freelance web work in 2004 after graduating from Western Washington University with a Masters in Information Technology where she bucked the system and studied PHP instead of Java. She calls herself ”Mommy blogger on the side”. Carol Schiller , Social Media Director, Cozi

    I found the event very useful, so thank you for hosting! Well worth a trip downtown on a week night :) I was there on both the brand (World Vision) and blogger side (I blog). I gleaned lots of great information from both perspectives. I would have loved to have heard a little more from brands on the panel in terms of the tools etc that they use, and any tips on analysis and ROI in terms of making the case for SM budgets in this emerging space….but really thought it was a great event. Thanks!
