Gelatiamo at the First Gelato Tweetup at Microsoft Studios
To say it’s been a hot summer in the Pacific Northwest would be like calling Tiger Woods an above average at golfer. It’s been hot. REALLY hot. And left to our own devices, most of us Seattle-ites struggled to fight the unrelenting heat. Thankfully though Maria Coassin and Skyler Locatelli from Gelatiamo came to cool us down and provide some sweet relief at the first ever Gelato Tweetup at Microsoft Studios.
For the event, Maria and Skyler created a brand new flavor just for the Gelato Tweetup. Flavored like a traditional Italian Bellini, Maria decided to name it “Tweetallini” as a way of combining the two things which brought us all together: gelato and one of our social media platforms, Twitter. Needless to say, it was absolutely delicious.
Thank you again to Maria and Skyler for providing truly amazing gelato and pastries. You helped to make the first Gelato Tweetup a very successful one and we look forward to seeing you again!
